I Wish I Were Clever Enough To Have Made This Up
The other night I was riding on BART. We pulled into a station and through the open doors of the car I heard the following announcement:
"There is a shopping bag. Inside that shopping bag is a box. Inside that box is a cake. If you find it, please contact the station agent blah blah etc."
Someone left their cake off of the train. Did it take so long to bake it, and will they ever have that recipe again?
Sadly, this was NOT at MacArthur BART, but a couple of stations further down the line, which would have been so perfect absolutely no one would believe I didn't make it up. The truth was enough of a hard sell as it is.
