Why I Don't Cook Much
So I have the week off, and I thought that since I had all kinds of free time, I should cook. During a normal workweek, we either eat out or eat something frozen for dinner, because if I try to cook, we end up eating at 9.
Today I made saag paneer, samosas and a soup that was supposed to be lunch but ended up being a pre-dinner snack (and abundant leftovers for tomorrow). I started cooking around 3... and we ended up eating at 9.
How is it that my cooking reach so consistently exceeds my grasp by about 2 hours?
