Where, Where the Hell is Magpie?
So where the hell have I been?, you don't ask.
- Watching Sweetcheeks get safely married off to Turtledove. (I still have to remind myself to refer to her as his wife and not his girlfriend, three months after the fact.)
- Doing holiday stuff. By the way? If any of your relatives ever suggest renting a cabin near the Russian River in December? TELL THEM NO.
- Going through some work stuff that I haven't really wanted to talk about here. Sitting on the couch going "buh," incapable of processing anything deeper than What Not To Wear because of the accumulated stress of said work stuff. (Though I wish I had the stomach to watch
Face Eating Tumor, because that sounds sweet. Almost Snakes on a Plane-like in its Zen simplicity. But I digress.)
- Fussing that my passport has gone unloved for 15 freakin' years, and hopefully doing something about it, soon.
