A Miracle on Bigwannabe.com Street
The thing I've been waiting for has finally happened.
Our CTO, who prides himself on being schmoozy, seemed to know everyone's name in IT but mine. I'd say hi to him in the hallways and he'd look at me funny, wondering why this person he didn't know kept greeting him by name.
Finally, yesterday, I saw him in the hallway, said hi, and he smiled and said, "Oh, hi, Magpie."
And this only took three years. Way to go!
