The Meat Industry Masters The Obvious
NPR had a report this morning announcing some news on the mad cow disease front: a study has found that the downer cow population has a higher rate of BSE than the general cattle population. In other worse, animals that show signs of injury or illness... have a higher rate of being sick! Imagine that.
If I weren't a vegetarian, I'd already have my application in to ag school, because clearly there's money to be made here using actual thinking.
